PARTICIPATE AT YOUR OWN RISK By signing this Waiver and Liability Release Form, I acknowledge and understand that participation in off-road ATV/OHV/Dirtbiking at The Lannding, LLC. is an extremely dangerous sport, for both participants and observers. Riders must have current registration and insurance for their rides. All riders must adhere to all safety and age requirements as per manufacturer specifications. The rider and all occupants must keep their full bodies contained within their rides while riding on the trails. I understand that hazards may exist on or around the trails, which may include, but is not limited to, areas that are steep, wet, slippery, rocky, sharp turns and/or natural and man-made obstructions, or combinations of these. I understand that I could be riding with other riders of different skill levels, and that ATV/OHV/dirtbikes might be occupying the trails at the same time. In addition to the risk of injury to active ATV/OHV/dirtbike riders, caused by other riders or trail hazards, I understand that there are risks to bystanders and observers from flying debris and/or ATV/OHV/dirtbikes, or riders leaving the course out of control. I understand that the injuries that may be sustained by participants or observers include, but are not limited to, broken bones, lacerations, internal injuries, blunt trauma, burns, paralysis and death. I further understand that The Lannding, LLC. does not employ any medical staff, and that there are no medical personnel or an ambulance on site. The nearest hospital is approximately 30 minutes by car from the property. I know that as an observer or bystander, I cannot rely on any barricade or any barrier to protect me from injury. I must rely on my own judgement as to my safety in positioning myself, and I assume all the risk of injury to myself and or damage to my property while at The Lannding, LLC. HELMETS REQUIRED / NO DRINKING & DRIVING / NO UNDERAGE DRINKING I AGREE NOT TO HOLD THE LANNDING, LLC., ITS EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, OR ANY OWNERS OF REAL ESTATE ON WHICH THE LANNDING, LLC. CONDUCTS BUSINESS, RESPONSIBLE IN ANY WAY FOR INJURIES THAT I MAY SUSTAIN AS A RESULT OF MY PARTICIPATION IN THE SPORT OF OFF-ROAD RIDING, OR OBSERVATION OF OFF-ROAD RIDING, WHILE AT THE LANNDING, LLC. I WILL NOT FILE SUIT AGAINST THE LANNDING, LLC, ITS EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, ITS MEMBERS, OR ANY OWNERS OF REAL ESTATE ON WHICH THE LANNDING, LLC. OPERATES. I have read and understand the foregoing fully and completely and indicate the same by my signature below.
